Robby was born in Rochester Hills, Michigan on February 16th, 1986. He was 22 years old when he passed away on February 24th, 2008. Rob is survived by his loving father and mother, Bryan and Terry Atherton and his beloved sister Megan. He graduated from Utica Eisenhower in 2004 where he excelled as a student and athlete. He was a member of the National Honor Society, awarded Eisenhower Athlete of the Year and was named the Macomb County High School Basketball Player of the Year in 2004. He was a student and a member of the Dean’s List at Michigan State University and received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance in May 2008.

Robby’s greatest loves were his family and friends. He was full of life and had a passion for sports-especially the Spartans and Buckeyes. He especially enjoyed the countless memories of fun and laughter with his friends….We love you and you will never be forgotten. #12 but always #1 in our hearts.
